1. Agreement

By creating an account or using CardVaulty you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

CardVaulty is a hobbyist tool for cataloguing Pokémon cards and viewing price signals from public sources. Prices are estimates and can change at any time — nothing on the site is a guarantee of what a card will sell for.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).

4. Acceptable use

Don't use CardVaulty to break the law, scrape or overload our services, upload malware, upload other people's images without permission, or resell access to the site.

5. Trademarks and third-party rights

Pokémon, Pokémon character names and card artwork are trademarks and copyright of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company. CardVaulty is a fan-made cataloguing tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them.

6. No warranties

The service is provided "as is". We do our best but we can't guarantee it will be error-free, always available, or that market-price estimates are accurate. Card authenticity and condition indicators produced by our scanner are heuristics, not a guarantee.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CardVaulty is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including any financial loss from relying on price estimates). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be flagged with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
